MARKETING SERVICES: TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

We will provide marketing services in accordance with your chosen package(s). For full details of packages, see Marketing Packages Outline document.
Any services outside of the agreed package(s) will require a separate agreement and additional fees.

Payment is required in full as discuss for each milestone of the project.
Admin fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms.
Late monthly payments will result in programme cancelation which may require a re-joining fee.
Additional costs may apply for third-party tools, ads or software but will be discussed and agreed in advance.

We agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business information and marketing strategies provided by you.
We will not share your data with third parties without your permission.

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to all creative work produced, including designs, content, and marketing materials.
We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Success will be measured against KPIs (e.g., website traffic, conversions, lead generation).
Where necessary, we will provide feedback on performance, insights and recommended adjustments.
You agree to review and provide feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on track.

You are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
All deliverables will be submitted for your approval after the agreed all fees are paid.
Additional work, revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed separately.

You agree to provide access to relevant systems, accounts (e.g., website, social media) and any necessary content or materials.
Timely feedback and clear communication are required from you to ensure successful project completion.

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as sales, rankings or traffic increases) as results are influenced by multiple factors beyond our control.

Both parties agree to protect each other from legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided.

We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from our services.

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, technical issues).

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration.
This agreement is governed by the laws of UK.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
In the event of early termination, you will be responsible to pay for any services already completed and any outstanding fees will be due immediately.

We will handle all client and customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
Both parties agree to follow relevant privacy regulations and safeguard sensitive data.

Upon completion or termination of services, all relevant assets (e.g., content, designs, accounts) will be made accessible to you upon request in writing.

Proof of payment is required before any work commences.
